Fleur Sexton is Businesswoman of the Year 2017-18. Fleur is Managing Director and co-founder of multi-award winning PET-Xi. With PET-Xi, Fleur has helped over 175,000 people unlock their potential and achieve their training goals. Under her leadership PET-Xi won Business of the Year 2017.

Simon is Head of Funding and a Strategic Leader at PET-Xi. He has an extensive knowledge of the welfare to work sector, and the skills and post compulsory learning environment. He thrives in the complexities of multi-agency working. Simon has a track record of delivering organic growth and securing multi-million pound contracts. He has a highly logical approach to problem solving and meticulous attention to detail balanced by natural creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Simon has a breadth of experience in the skills sector with links in the UAE.

Eddie's expertise lies in engaging with partners across the education sector including private training providers, colleges and universities.  Eddie uses his strong links to forge long lasting strategic relationships across the world, with a particular focus on GCC and European countries.

Dave is PET-Xi's Programme Delivery Manager. He has vast operational experience in supporting and developing delivery for leaners across a wide range of disciplines. Dave is committed to making a positive change to the lives of our learners and in delivering a quality and efficient service.
